Leota'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 sq. semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix syrup, sugar, milk and chocolate.
    Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
    Increase heat until soft ball stage is reached. Add butter and put in cool water until mixture is lukewarm.
    Add vanilla and beat until candy stands alone.
    Add pecans and mix and turn into greased dish.
