Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onions
2 garlic cloves
1 sliced tomato
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
dash of Tabasco sauce
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onions, zucchini and garlic in margarine or oil. Prebake 1 pie crust until slightly cooked.
Mix together cheese, eggs, milk and dash of Tabasco sauce.
Add sauteed vegetables to egg mixture.
Pour into crust.
Bake at about 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top after it is baked.
