Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
2 lb. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation

Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and fry.
Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
Blend sugar, onion, flour and seasonings into grease in large frying pan. Gradually add water and vinegar. Boil 1 minute. Add potatoes and bacon. Cook 5 minutes. Serves 6.
