Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes, about 2 lb.
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. process American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Place unpeeled potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
    Cook just until tender, but firm.
    Drain and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
    Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Add pimientos, onion, garlic and onion salt; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place bread cubes on top and pour melted margarine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
