Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pkg. pork ribs
    salt
    pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bottle or more your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Prepare ribs.
    Remove excess fat, wash and pat dry with paper towel.
    Place ribs in baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with chopped onions and chopped celery.
    Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake slowly in 325\u00b0 oven until tender (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
    Drain fat and pour 1/2 bottle or more barbecue sauce over ribs and return to oven for 1/2 hour, baste occasionally and remove from oven.
