Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed cranberries
    1 orange (peel and all), cut in small pieces
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for Jell-O)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped nuts (your choice)
    sweetener to taste
    1 small box cherry Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Sweeten this mixture to your taste. Mix cherry Jell-O according to box directions, but use pineapple juice instead of water.
    Let jell until syrupy, then add the cranberry relish.
    Let set at least 2 hours.
    Best when sets overnight.
