Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 c. converted rice, uncooked
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
Preparation
    In heavy skillet or wok, saute onion in oil until transparent, but not browned.
    Add rice, water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a vigorous boil.
    Cover and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
    Stir in eggs and green onions.
    Cook until eggs are set.
    Stir in soy sauce.
