Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 scant tsp. dry mustard or a few dashes of hot sauce
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with bread.
    Top with sausage, then cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Cover tightly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
