Health Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. soft bananas, mashed
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
    In a second bowl, place all the other ingredients.
    Add the flour mixture to bowl 2 and beat until well mixed.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Place in tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Do not open oven.
    When cooled, remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
