Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks soft butter
2 eggs
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
4-5 bananas
large Cool Whip
chopped nuts
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Slice bananas and dip in lemon juice.
Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into 13X9 pan. In mixer, mix powdered sugar, butter and eggs for 15 minutes. Spread over crumbs.
Cover with crushed pineapple.
Cover pineapple with banana slices.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
Chill overnight.
