Mexican Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. cumin (comino)
    1/2 tsp. sage (oregano)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt (optional for salt-free diets)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients by hand.
    Let mixture set overnight in refrigerator.
    Make into patties and cook on slightly greased grill or frying pan.
