Baked Squash From "Black-Eyed Pea Restaurant" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 oz. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut off tips of squash and cut in pieces.
    Boil until tender. Drain and mash.
    Add eggs, bread crumbs and butter.
    Then add sugar, salt, onion and pepper.
    Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 until top is lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
