Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 large or 3 small eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    3/4 oz. nuts
Preparation
    Pour water over oatmeal; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and margarine; stir well.
    Add eggs.
    Sift and add dry ingredients. Add 6 ounces chocolate chips.
    Put in greased cake pan.
    Sprinkle on top 3/4 cup nuts and 6 ounces chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
