Barbecued Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. chicken
1/2 lb. beef
4 yellow onions
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation

Cut the first 5 ingredients into strips or chunks.
After cutting veggies and meat, saute chopped onion and garlic in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until slightly thickened. Thread meat and veggies on skewers.
Brush with sauce.
Place skewers on grill.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until done.
Baste with remaining sauce while cooking.
