Pam'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Form in individual loaves; place in greased muffin pans.
    Cover with Piquant Sauce.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Or form one loaf in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Spread with sauce; bake 1 hour.
