Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    6 potatoes, chopped and cooked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    3 (16 oz.) cans mixed corn, okra and tomatoes
    1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper in large saucepan, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Simmer for 2 hours or to desired consistency.
    Chill overnight and reheat to improve flavor.
    Serve with corn bread.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
