Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Co-Jack)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Melt the Velveeta cheese and margarine together.
    Add to eggs and scramble.
    Brown and drain sausage. Saute onion and green pepper together slightly.
    Into a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of egg mixture, half of sausage, half of onion-green pepper mixture and 1 cup shredded cheese.
    (Do this procedure again, ending with shredded cheese.)
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until set-up.
