Green Pepper And Mushroom Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans (16 oz. each) whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
    1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 c. Pace mild picante sauce
Preparation
    In a large saucepan brown hamburger with onion, green pepper and garlic; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
