Low-Fat Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onions
1 pt. cottage cheese (fat free)
1 c. cucumbers, diced
2 boxes lime Jell-O (sugar-free)
2 c. water (hot)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water; let slightly thicken.
Add rest of ingredients.
Store in refrigerator.
