Frozen Fruit Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 oz. can apricots
    1 c. liquid from apricots and pineapple
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed and broken up
    3 bananas, diced
Preparation
    Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving 1 cup of the combined liquid.
    Combine the liquid with the apricots, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into cupcake papers put in muffin tins.
    Freeze until solid, then package cups in freezer bags. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving to partially thaw.
    Makes 30 servings.
