Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift together in mixing bowl first 5 ingredients.
Add next 4 and stir until smooth.
Pour into an ungreased 8x8 square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Use any glaze or icing but must be iced and served from pan.
If quantity is doubled bake in 9x13 pan.
