Apple Crisp 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Slice peeled apples into
    a 1-quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with spices and lemon juice.
    Work together sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
    Spread over the apples.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in a moderate oven (375\u00b0), or until apples are tender.
    If mixture becomes dry while cooking, add a small amount of water.
    Serve cold with whipped cream or hot with plain cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
