Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 tsp. red pepper
1 box biscuit mix (small)
4 tsp. water
Preparation

Fry sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly and browned. Combine sausage, cheese, pepper and biscuit mix.
Add water and mix well.
Form into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot or cold.
May be frozen before baking.
