Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Mix remaining ingredients into beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Makes 2 pies; one to eat and one to share.
