Low-Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. nonfat, gelatin-free plain yogurt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat egg, brown sugar and oil until smooth.
    Beat in yogurt and vanilla.
    Add oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat until well mixed.
    Stir in raisins.
    Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2-inches apart on baking sheet lightly sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Each cookie contains 59 calories.
    Makes 48 cookies.
