Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1/4 lb. butter, creamed
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Run cheese through meat chopper.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in cookie press or roll thin and cut into narrow strips about 4-inches long and twist.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until light brown.
    Makes about 100.
