Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
medium onion, cut fine
parsley flakes
celery, cut fine
1 can pink or red salmon (pick out large bones)
green or red pepper, cut fine
Preparation

Melt butter, add flour and milk and cook until thick.
Add all ingredients above (egg yolks only).
Beat egg whites stiff, and gently fold into mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until a knife comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
