Delicious Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes (enough for 1 c. mashed potatoes; reserve potato water)
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Pour 1 1/3 cups hot potato water over shortening, sugar and salt.
Allow to stand until lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Add to first mixture.
Then add eggs, mashed potatoes and flour.
