Ingredients

1 c. diced fresh peaches or drained canned peaches
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Arrange fruit in the bottom of a shallow 1-quart serving dish. Place remaining ingredients in an electric blender.
Cover and blend at medium speed, 10 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Pour sauce over fruit and stir gently to mix.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Makes 4 servings.
