Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli
chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Meanwhile in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side up. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 40 minutes. Spoon soup over chicken. Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
Transfer chicken to platter. Stir sauce.
Spoon sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
