Cranberry-Raspberry Valentine Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cinnamon sticks
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. dried or 4 Tbsp. fresh peppermint
    1/2 gal. cranberry-raspberry juice
    1 qt. ginger ale
    1 orange, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Wrap cinnamon, cloves and mint in cheesecloth or place in a cloth spice bag.
    Place bundled spices in cranberry-raspberry juice; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Remove spices and pour juice into a punch bowl.
    Cool.
    Add ginger ale, orange slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish.
