Alita Darby Arthur'S Classic Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. corn oil or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla. Add pecans; mix.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool; serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
