Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. seeded chopped canned green chillies or 1 can diced green chillies
    8 tortillas
    cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pitted olives
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, brown meat and onion; drain any excess fat (electric skillet at 350\u00b0).
    Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chillies.
    Reduce heat to 220\u00b0.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
