Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow)
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. chicken, chopped
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing (use seasoning packet)
Preparation
    Cook squash and mash.
    Add eggs, milk and other ingredients to squash.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
