America'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. boneless pot roast
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 carrots, pared and sliced into 2 inch pieces
    3 potatoes, peeled
    2 small onions
    1 jar mushroom gravy
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stalk celery
Preparation
    Trim all fat from roast, brown and drain.
    Combine 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat meat with flour mixture.
    Place all vegetables except mushrooms in crock-pot and top with roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
