Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the egg until foamy.
    Add sugar and beat again.
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder and beat into the egg-sugar mixture.\tBlend in the apples, nuts and vanilla.\tBake in a pie pan at 350\u00b0 until the top is crisp, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
