Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 oz. black beans
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 purple onion
    1 small bag Shoe Peg corn, thawed
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight. Drain soaking liquid. Cook 1 hour. Rinse and chill beans.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over with Italian dressing. Will keep several days.
