Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (tube) Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Mix crackers with margarine. Sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
