Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (light), diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 c. milk
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (optional)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
    If you are using broccoli, thaw it in the microwave and drain well before mixing it in.
    Place mixture in ungreased casserole bowl and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove and stir well during this cooking time.
    After it is done, let it stand for a few minutes.
