Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.)( cans chunk pineapple, drained but reserve liquid
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
Preparation

Butter a 2-quart casserole.
Put 1 can of pineapple on bottom of dish.
Mix cheeses together and sprinkle half of cheese mixture on top of pineapple.
Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle on cheese. Follow with second can of pineapple and the remaining half of flour-sugar mixture, leaving remaining half of cheese mixture for top.
Pour 1/2 cup pineapple juice over entire dish and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and brown.
