Chicken Pilau - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 to 10 lb.) hen
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 to 3 c. raw rice
3 small or 1 large can mushrooms, sliced and browned
coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation

Cook hen with celery, bay leaves, salt, pepper and enough water to cover.
When the chicken is ready to fall from the bones, remove from broth; set aside.
