Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

In a frying pan, brown ground beef.
Drain off fat.
Mix in Parmesan cheese, onion, oregano, tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese.
Cut French bread in half lengthwise.
Lay bread, cut side up, on a cookie sheet.
Spread meat mixture evenly over top of bread halves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
