Savory Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut-up frying chicken
    1 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    In large bag, combine flour and seasonings.
    In shallow bowl, beat eggs and water.
    Place chicken a few pieces at a time in bag and shake to coat.
    Dip in eggs and shake in bag again.
    Fry chicken until done.
    Serves 4 to 6.
