Triple Layer Party Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder, divided
    2 1/2 c. water, divided
    9-inch chocolate ready-to-eat pie crust
    1 (1 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 c. reduced calorie whipped topping
    2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine butterscotch pudding mix, 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder and 1 1/4 cups water.
    Mix well using a wire whisk. Pour into pie crust.
    In medium bowl combine chocolate pudding mix, remaining 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk and remaining 1 1/4 cups water. Mix well using wire whisk.
    Pour over butterscotch layer.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator until set, about one hour.
