Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Cream cheese in bowl. Add pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Add pecans (reserving some to roll ball into). Form into a ball and chill. Roll in nuts just before serving.
