Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Preparation

Follow directions on cake box and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Beat cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Spread over cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
