Sesame Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, chopped
    3 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 c. sesame seed
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 1/2 c. pecan meal
    3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. Soy Supreme (dry)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup water until tender.
    Blend sunflower seeds and sesame seed.
    In bowl, mix together the oatmeal, blended seed, pecan meal, yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, Soy Supreme, bread crumbs, then add soy sauce, onions and celery.
    Add water; mix well.
    Bake in sprayed baking dish at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes until brown.
    Serve with Creamy Cashew Gravy.
