Oriental Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple or orange juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
    shrimp, fish, chicken or pork
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and pour over uncooked fish or meat.
    Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
    Grill, broil, saute, stir-fry or bake as you desire.
    Grilling seems to bring out the best flavors.
    Marinade may be heated and thickened with cornstarch and served as a sauce.
