North Rim Rolls(Grand Canyon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 packet yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water and 2 tsp. sugar
    about 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and yeast mixture.
    Stir in flour.
    Refrigerate overnight. Roll out dough.
    Cut or shape as desired.
    Let rise at least an hour.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
