Caramel-Chocolate Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    1/3 c. nuts
    50 caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix (dry), melted butter, nuts and 1/3 cup Pet milk. Stir by hand.
    Put 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan; bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0 (ungreased).
    Combine caramel and 1/3 cup milk. Melt in double boiler.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked mix. Pour melted caramel over chocolate chips.
    Pour remainder of cake dough over mix.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
